Get answers to common questions about Intensive Masque Treatment.
For most clients, every 4–6 weeks maintains optimal hydration and repair; very dry, chemically treated, or heat-styled hair may benefit from biweekly treatments initially. Our stylists assess your hair and recommend a personalized schedule during consultation.
Yes. The Intensive Masque Treatment is safe for color-treated hair and can help preserve vibrancy by smoothing the cuticle and locking in moisture. We use color-safe products and tailor the formula to protect finish and prevent premature fading.
Plan for roughly 45 to 60 minutes, depending on whether you choose the clarifying shampoo and any add-on services. The masque includes fifteen minutes of professional heat therapy plus consultation, application, processing, and a finishing style.
The clarifying shampoo is optional. We recommend it when product buildup, oils, or hard water residue block treatment absorption. If hair is already clean or color-treated with sensitivity concerns, your stylist can skip or choose a gentler cleanse.
Yes — the Intensive Masque Treatment pairs well with haircuts, color services, and blowouts. Scheduling may extend appointment time and incur additional charges. Tell us which services you want and we’ll plan timing to maximize results without compromising treatment efficacy.
Almost all hair types benefit from this treatment. Avoid if you have an irritated scalp, open wounds, or known allergy to masque ingredients. For fine or oily hair we select lighter formulas to prevent weighing hair down while still delivering hydration.
